  Todd has been fantastic both times we have bought a new house. Our purchase earlier this year involved us getting into a situation with multiple offers on the house. Todd was great and always responsive as we made our way through the negotiations. Part of the feedback we got from the seller's Realtor was Todd's strong reputation factored in as a plus when they were comparing the offers. I recommend Todd without reservations. Top notch all the way.

  I worked with Todd recently during the purchase of our first home and his help and expertise made the process easy and pain free. He was willing to spend as much time chatting as I needed in order to understand the pros and cons of the various options. Once we found the right house Todd and his staff were willing to move at a fast pace and helped us get closed in 22 days!   Todd and his team at Capstar are the best in the business. I used Todd to buy my first house in 2010 and I got outstanding service. Everything was prompt and Todd was very helpful throughout the process. The service was so great that I went back to Todd in 2011 to refinance my mortgage to and again in 2013 to buy my 2nd house. The transaction on the 2nd house could not have happened any faster. All of my friends and family were completely amazed that I was able to close on the house so quickly. It would not have been possible without the amazing work ethic of Todd and his team. I know my next real estate transaction will involve Todd.

  In my opinion, Todd is the best in the business. I not only have worked with him and his borrower's as an Escrow Officer at a Title Company, I also turned to Todd to finance my personal real estate purchases and refinances. I can truly say that Todd's clients are always pleased with his service, as am I on every transaction. He is patient, experienced, knowledgeable and helpful in this sometime confusing and frustrating process of home loans. I would definitely recommend Todd to anyone looking for a loan.   Todd was a great help to my wife and I during the home-buying process. We both work full-time and have 4 children, so efficiency was a big consideration for us. Todd knows the market and the process well and was very efficient in getting us to a good mortgage with a very good rate. On the personal side, he even made a few "house calls" to pick up or drop off paperwork, which helped keep things moving at the pace we needed (we went under contract in December and wanted to close by end-of-year...which we did!). Overall, a very positive experience and we would highly recommend Todd.

  Todd is a fantastic mortgage broker. I've actually worked with several different brokers over the years. Todd by far stands out as a one of the best. He knows the business extremely well, can find you some of the best deals around, is very honest and can explain your different options in a straightforward manner. He was actually able to get me a loan with a major bank that was several thousand less in fees than what they offered when I talked to them directly. If you want someone that you can trust then you should consider working with Todd. I definitely will when I have a need for his services in the future.

  My wife and I used Todd on our recent home purchase and we could not have been happier with Todd and the whole Capstar team! They were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, so much so in fact that I commented to wife towards the end of the process that "should it really be this easy?". My realtor even remarked that he thinks Todd put us over the top when competing with another buyer for the same house because Todd's work was so thorough.
