Even with a low appraisal and survey delays they made the process such a breeze and worked us through each step.   I came to Joel after being with another lender for a month. My experience with the prior lender was below unacceptable. Joel had literally 30 days to get me approved and closed. I got a much better interest rate with him and the process was seamless, no pressure on me, and absolutely no issues at all!
