  We had the best experience with Andy’s Home Loans! They were very knowledgeable and helpful, they kept us informed throughout the entire process and even met with us virtually to explain everything and answer all of our questions. A special thanks to our loan officer Jonathan Mata that helped us every step of the way, and helped us maintain faith through the process. He was prompt to answer questions and was available for us whenever we needed assistance. He made us feel comfortable and at ease whenever we reached out to him. We live out of the area and still received amazing service. Thanks to the team at Andy’s Home loans we were able to get the loan for our dream home! We highly recommend anyone who is looking to refinance or purchase a home to use their services.

  The process of buying a new home can be an emotionally daunting one. After all, it's almost always the largest purchase an individual will make in their life. Having the right mortgage team is crucial: Andy Zamora & Jonathan Mata and their entire support staff are just that. They are knowledgeable, well-connected, patient, and always strive to take exceptionally good care of their clients. They not only went to bat for me securing a fantastic re-finance rate, but were there throughout the whole process, always making time to answer any questions, and making sure that I was comfortable and happy with the outcomes. I couldn't recommend them with any greater enthusiasm!

  For those of you that are looking into getting a home loan or refinance, Andy and his team are the guys to go with. Hands down the best in the business. If I had to describe my experience refinancing my home with Andy and his team it would definitely have to be zero stress zero worries hands down. I was able to lower my interest rate on my load and at the end of the process my morgage payment lowered about $400 monthly. These guys are very professional on what they do, extremely reliable and most important 100% honest people. These guys seemed to be working 24/7. Seriously, any time I had a question or a doubt I'll shoot them a text or give them a call and in minutes if not right away I was being taking care of. Me and my family will forever be in debt with Andy and his team 🙏💯

  Great experience at Andy’s home loans in Modesto. These loan officers know all kind of stuff about mortgage loans. Definitely answered all of my questions about my new home in Modesto. One thing I really liked was they actually listened to all of my mortgage questions and made sure I understood my mortgage rate before signing anything! Great people here. Definitely recommend to friends and family to purchase a home. Good people, ethical, and great service all the way around!

  I contacted Andy's Home Loans in Modesto because I wanted to refinance my home. My mortgage rate was pretty high and Andy's mortgage team helped me understand all of the details on my loan.
