  As first time home buyers, our experience with Armando was amazing! We knew nothing about the home buying process and he was able to break everything down for us so we understood exactly what was going on. If we had a question, he was very prompt and concise in answering. It was such a smooth process that is was hard to believe we were done! We signed and within a few days we were moving in.

  Arodjr help my family out tremendously when buying their first home. He was on top of everything and also made sure everyone knew any little detail they needed to to make the home buy process easier. We loved that he dedicated himself to making sure we get our dream home. If you need someone that knows what they’re doing and is very thorough when it comes to buying a home. What I also liked was that he was always nice and showed all of us respect. Whenever I saw him he had the biggest smile greeting everyone. I would recommend him for first time home buyers!!

He has great knowledge, very confident with what he knows & was always flexible with ways to help us. His confidence boosted ours in our home purchase. He was patient, understanding & always willing to help with whatever we couldnt do. Im a mother of young children & he was always willing to work around my schedule & availability. He always picked up our calls which sometimes would be after hours. He is very professional, kind & gentle when dealing with my husband & I.
