  great experience!!! my first time with a title loan company and eric explained evrythin and answered all of my many many questions...i would def recommend this store and either him or lauren...if i ever need to come back it will be back at this store

  If a title lab is your very lay option i still wouldn't recommend it. You will pay back three times as much as you borrow. Even if the people or service is decent i can not condone such predatory loans. You're better of without the loan.

  I've used Titlemax several times and at different locations. What set this experience to 5 stars was Lauren LeGrand. I took a title loan against my car and paid it off. Then my daughter threw away my title on accident. I got a duplicate and had to get a new lien release. Not only did she reprint and notarize it, when the person I was selling my car to didn't believe it was real, she backed me up. They kept going back and forth about purchasing my car because they kept saying the paperwork wasn't legit. She never backed down. She showed them her stamp, her book, explained that she has 3 year of expertise and could verify the document. She even gave them her card and explained if the DMV gave them any problems to call her and she would come verify the info. In the end, they bought my car (her quiet assurance sold them) and I am grateful. She is an example of how Titlemax employees should conduct themselves and how they should treat their customers, both current and previous!
