  Kayla was excellent, she explained how the loan works. I wasn't sure if a title loan is for me and I am still not sure I just know that when my partner and I decide to get a loan it will be with Kayla and the titlemax staff there. Keep helping people

  Even if you make payments it doesn't bring down your payoff amount. I called them and asked them about it since I have paid $520 back so far in the last 4 months. Ann was who I spoke with, she was very rude and not helpful. Your payments only go to interest & principle she says. I did a title loan before with Carolina Title and all payments made went toward the payoff. Title Max has about a 100% interest rate. So unless you can pay off the total amount at once I would not recommend Title Max. I will have Carolina Title buy out my title from Title Max. Do not ever use Title Max!
