  Quandra made the service very earsy and quick. She was very friendly and i love the atmosphere. Carlos also assisted and was very helpful in explain interest rates and break down of loan. Would definately return and refer people.

  I called this office and spoke to a young lady by the name of Quandra. I was inquiring about doing a title loan through there officr. My experience was very pleasant and she was very informative. It's hard to find good customer service in this day and time and I can say that Quandra had exceptional customer service. Because of her I feel comfortable with what I'm about to do.

  Today I'm changing my star rating. My original review was done while applying for my loan at the store. Janet asked me to do it while I waited for them to process my paperwork. It was so easy and she was so helpful that I gave them 5 stars. But this was before I found out it was a scam. PEOPLE BEWARE THIS IS A PREDATORY LENDING SCHEME! When I went in I needed to borrow $300 to pay 2 bills, put gas in my car and A few groceries. Janet asked if i could afford a monthly payment of $117.37 because she said I qualified for $783.00 loan and that I could pay my bills and do some Christmas shopping. She told me there wasn't a penalty for paying my loan off early. She said my loan payoff amount was $900.37 and that in a year when I paid off my loan I could take out another and this would help me to build my credit. I didn't find out until I went to make my first payment that the $117.37 isn't a payment at all but a MONTHLY RENEWAL FEE! That none of that money goes toward my loan principal! And because I borrowed at the top of my monthly budget amount and can't afford to pay more than $117.37 A month I'll never be able to pay off my loan. I'm calling my state attorney general and encourage all those who have been mislead to do the same. For the past month I've been researching the law regarding this and came across a case from 2017. Scott Tucker was charged and convicted on 14 counts of illegal payday loans and racketeering. Fined and now serving a 16 year sentence in the federal pen. His company did the same as TitleMax. When I called today I got Janet and she confirmed that my "loan" has no payoff time. She new when I went in for my loan that I'm low income and have an adult autistic child. These people pray on the most vulnerable.
