  I I took out a title loan and because of Covid and its ramifications my hours were 1st cut then I lost my job and couldnt make the payments. Long story short, they repo'ed the vehicle. I have left messages on the phone at various times of the day, evening and after hours, sent emails to the office email address I was given (I know they got the emails because none of them were returned as undeliverable) AND through the website to get the information from them as to how I go about getting the belongings back that were in the vehicle when it was taken. Its been over a month now and I have yet to get any information or response back from them. If it was just my things it would be no problem but my mothers cane and walker not to mention her handicap parking plaquard were in the vehicle as well. Still no answer as to where or how to reclaim them. Its all I ask for is just the contact information to go pick up the stuff.
