  HORRIBLE DONT EVER GET A LOAN/TITLE LOAN FROM TITLEMAX. Their LIARS & THIEVES AND ROBBING PPL LIKE MYSELF BLIND. I GOT A 2k Dollar Loan from TitleMax in which I Specifically Asked How much interest do I pay on that And how much is my Monthly payments?? He said My monthly payments would Be $319 And The interest I’ll be paying for the loan would be around $319 dollars as Well. Now after the 4th payment (in which this one was $419). Now being almost $1400 in payments up to date the lady on the phone said I Still owe $2200 dollars?? I Said Excuse me? She said Yeah you only paid interest so far I said No the guy told me I’d pay $319 So For All that’s in a Temporary Bind due to COVID 19 DO NOT DEAL WTH TITLEMAX, Their SCAM ARTIST AND NOT FOR YOUR BEST INTREST BY ANYMEANS. THATS ROBBERY AT ITS FINEST

  I absolutley love this place! Staff is absolutely amazing and always super friendly. They don't mind staying after close to get you your loan. They work with you if you know you'll be late on a payment. The process is pretty quick and painless! I've been coming here for years and recommend them to anyone!! Tell them Brooke Manheim sent ya ;) lol

  Julia is absolutely wonderful to work with. All the staff at the Morristown location are. Julia has always helped in any way she could, took the time to talk with me and explain everything. I would recommend them to anyone that needs some extra cash!

  Sure I got behind but to come on private property to repo open the gate that was secure is not good called local store asked if the Manger knew the repo laws he said no....he just hires the tow company....will never ever do business with title max and will tell people not to either

  This is my favorite location I use them when i need them over the past couple years the staff here has become like an extended family I love Julia, Anisa , and Jacob the more like family friends! Your welcome The hall bunch

  All the staff at the morristown office are great. Very happy and easy down to earth people. They do there job fast and whats best for the customers. And the general manager is the best "jacob". Thanks again to all the staff for doing a great job .

  Worst company ever. They said you could make payments on the app. I did exactly that and was told "Oh you paid too early it doesn't count as your payment." I'm sorry what? Somebody pays their payment and you complain because they paid it early? So they expected a second payment for the same month and continuously called me. I will never do business with again.
