  They told me one thing over the phone & I assured I had everything before I came in to get approved when I get here there is a credit check which I was told I didn’t not need one for a personal loan. I wasted my time & money coming up here & I will not ever return!

  The staff at the magnolia avenue location is very friendly and always willing to help. Zack is always so cheerful and outgoing. He makes you feel welcomed whether you are getting a loan or making a payment.😀

  My experience at Title Max was outstanding. The customer support was exceptional. The store manager was extremely helpful and made this experience (as difficult as it was) very easy to manage.

  Sent a customer to a title loan place that I work for to do a buyout. They called beforehand and did not disclose who they were to the employee when asking if we did buyouts. Had we known it was this location we would have said "no" and saved the customer the trip out here. The customer was very upset when we could not do her buyout and said that this TitleMax location had told her they called us and we said we could do her buyout. She called the manager on speaker and asked him why he did not disclose who he was when he talked to us. His response was " They do not need to know who we are." We kindly reminded him that it would have saved her a trip if we had known ahead of time and he proceeded to slander us over the phone, saying that we must not care about our customers and must not want new ones." EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. .....Sidenote: We do business with other Titlemax in the area and have had wonderful experiences with them. This will be our second run in with this location. The man that addressed us and spoke with her was Mike.

  We came in here for a loan and they were great to deal with. Loretta and Lisa were very nice and hospitable. I would recommend this location to anyone.
