  Good evening. I am reaching out to inform you of a very unsatisfactory situation that I am experiencing with the TitleMax on 12899 Westheimer Road Houston, Texas 77077. I fell behind on payments, vehicle was of understandably repossessed. The huge issue is that I was told verbally and in writing that the vehicle would be held in storage for 14 days MINIMUM before being moved. My vehicle was towed 2/17/2020, I went to retrieve it 2/27/2020. That's when I learned AFTER paying $1,823.00 that my vehicle is with a "vendor" and I can't pick it up until March 5, 2020 meaning I am out of A LOT of money plus missing work AND still without my vehicle!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and I have filed a claim with the BBB!! Also KIM told me that she would be in touch to let me know if there was anything else that could be done but that was 2/27 around 12 noon and of course I have yet to hear a peep, out of sight out of mind!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

  Enjoyed my experience with the store, and particularly the manager, Dan. They were able to help me get the loan I needed and took great care of me in the process. Highly recommend this store and staff!

  Olimpia thank you for the excellent and efficient service , got approved to $1,500 must pay $2500 in 5 months , every month $200-500 to get clear in 5 months ! God bless and thanks again .
