Jordan Johnson1Every time I came in, no greeting. Employees very unwelcoming and unfriendly. They were never willing to help or gave me the runaround when it came to anything dealing with my account. I spent countless hours in the lobby waiting to receive help, when they would have no one in their offices and looked bored of their jobs. I called to receive info about my now closed account, they say they’ll call back and I didn’t hear anything for a week. I call back a week later, they direct me to go up to a location (not the location I opened my account with a completely irrelevant location) because they can’t help over the phone. I went to the other location just for them to have me wait and tell me the same thing they’ve been telling me over the phone. Which is they will have to give me a call back and the earliest time would be another week from that date. A complete waste of time on too many occasions dealing with this bank. Don’t bank here, they don’t make you feel like a valued member. There are plenty other credit unions that will treat you better.

Debbie Wrenn1Transfers using bill pay from Houston Police credit union in the amount of 8000.00. Funds were drafted out of my account on 4-1 to pay FIrst Community credit card . Fast forward to 4/8 funds still not posted to my account. Email sent to First Community who responded right away that they received the funds. But would not post to credit card until 4-15 to make sure for OUR safety money was in the account withdrawn from. Email back a fourth they wanted proof it cleared sending account. We use bill pay for all our accounts and First Community is the ONLY one we always have a HUGE lag in getting the payment posted in a timely manner. Sent proof of the 8000, taken out of sending account on 4-1 and of course this email is the one they have not responded to right away. Lucky for us this is just. Back up account and we will now put this one at the bottom of the list. And the best is Houston Police Federal Credit union and First Communications are shared banks. Again this money went directly from bank to bank!

Emma Rae2Been banking for years and have always trusted FCCU with my money. However, when I had to file my first fraud dispute with them they didn’t do anything. I called on June 29th to report fraud on my account for $153 and never heard back. After two weeks of waiting and leaving it in FCCUs hands, I finally called back because I had not received my dispute paper or the credit to my account. Come to find out when I called on the 9th of July that they had never even submitted my information or filed the dispute on the first place. Extremely disappointed. Also make your lives easier if you bank here and go in person for your debit cards. FCCU employees are not consistent on the mailing debit cards policy and you will get different answers every time. I requested my card be mailed to me and three weeks had gone by before I had it cancelled. I had to go in person because it was still not delivered after 3 weeks and nobody knew where it was. This almost made me change banks however I’ve decided to give FCCU another chance. However, if something like this were to happen again, I will be switching.

Fred Aldred53 years ago I moved away from my local FCCU branch. I no longer drive so it takes me an hour and a half to get to this branch by bus. I recently needed to visit this branch. When I finished logging in I turned to be greeted by Miss Sarai Stoffel. We went to her office where I was treated like a long lost friend. She promptly took care of my situation and offered me tips that I had not thought of. All of the staff know how to treat you like a member. There are several financial institutions near me, some in walking distance but I will keep my hour and a half bus ride

Roxana Ana5**UPDATE** Eddy from the loan department did an excellent job of handling my case and resolving all of my issues! He was very helpful and informative throughout the remainder of the auto loan process. Thank you for addressing the situation and for all of your help. The auto loan was officially finalized last week and I am satisfied with the customer service! I chose to go through this bank to get a car loan, great interest rate but no communication and the process has been a hassle. I bought my car on Friday and the dealership sent the purchase order to them. I didn’t hear anything from them on Monday. So I called Tuesday and they told me they didn’t receive anything from the dealership. I contacted the dealership and they resubmitted the purchase order. The dealership confirmed that they received an email from the bank stating the bank received the purchase order yesterday. I haven’t received a call, email or text from the bank regarding any additional instructions, I have yet to go over what my payments will look like. I called them again today and they said the loan officers are out for the day and nobody in the office could help my situation and I need to wait until tomorrow. I’ve had this car for almost a week without the official loan. This is my first time using a back for a car loan that’s not through the dealership and it hasn’t been the best experience. I would recommend making sure to ask all the questions before getting any loans through this bank.

MsJae20131Absolutely worst customer service. Signed in front lobby for I only needed a new card and officer in front stated that they’ll text me when it’s my turn so I went back to my car soo 20 mins and still nothing so I go inside and the officer was like oh yeah they called your name how am I supposed to hear when I’m in my car genius?! You just said that they’ll text me which is why I put my number in. So I go wait in lobby 15more mins and still nothing and the cashier wasn’t no help at all talking about still have to wait!! Won’t be going to this location anymore will stick to the Aliana and Copperfield location from here on out!

Nancy Ronding5I had excellent service from Mr. Yovani Martínez. He was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure all the issues were resolved. He was understanding and considerate. He helped me since I had my 4month old with me. And best of all it was quick service and he even offered to call me so I didn’t have to make another trip to the bank. This was my second time at the bank this week. I was going to close my account at this bank and open one at another bank but after Mr. Martínez offered such great service. I decided to leave my account with FUUC. Thank you so much for everything.

Matt A3Just about every time I go there I'm inconvenienced in some way. I want to like this bank but they keep screwing up. The workers are okay I just think they've expanded too much and they refuse to hire enough people to do the job. They really need to stop opening new branches and focus on the customers they got!
