  Jarvis Williams the General Manager has the best customer service to offer. He’s kind, he’s understanding, he’s just an amazing guy. He kept all four of my children busy while conducting pleasurable business. He’s very attentive, couldn’t have had a more better experience. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great guy.

  I've done business with Titlebucks several times before and I've always had a pleasant experience. This most recent time was not an exception. Lisa took care of me. She was very professional, polite, and personable. She was able to have great conversation all the while working on my account. I definitely would recommend others to this Title Bucks!

  I was at the Tara boulevard location and had the honor to meet Mrs.whitney and it was a very pleasant experience. Mrs. Whitney not only did her job in a graceful manner but she went above and beyond her call to duty.   I went and got a loan from Title Bucks on Tara Boulevard road and the service was great. The General Manager there was very professional and im very satisfied with the customer service. Overall great service.

  If it had not been for Ms. Alisa, I never woulda done this. She walked me through the whole process. Breaking the tension of what would normally be a stressful moment. Explaining with clarity even the finest of details enclosed on my agreement contract before signing. She even informed me of specials that they host, that help people like myself if extra (extra) money in your pocket. Overall, going to this location was the best decision that I could have made. This is the go to location. Even if there's other title loan site in the area or on the same street, go to this Title Bucks location.
