  I just wanted to take a moment to Thank the best Title Company in Stark County! I use Title One as much as possible and always have a great experience regardles of the cicumstances. Today we had a misunderstanding with the seller and he wasn't aware his wife would need to sign the Deed as well as him. She was in Cleveland to take a flight to Chicago for work. At this point we were all in a panic because the buyer was ready to move in today. This may have delayed closing for several days. Randy Reed made the quick decision to send Daulton Ritter to Cleveland Airport to get Mrs Seller's signatures before she left. It just recorded. I can't Thank You enough for going way above and beyond on this transaction!!! I look forward to working with you for many years to come!!!
