  Highly recommend the staff, helped me out in a time of need after fleeing from Hurricane Irma. They were the epitome of why I have my Chase bank account and I can tell you I have banked with most all the banks. The manager was truly very personable and human( not so much with the North Canton office as they were jerks). Interesting how the last review said he drove 100 miles to get his money. who has their bank 100 miles away? And the other guy crying about $20 deposit, there are laws and regulations that banks have to follow or they break that law. Guess you feel you're special...lol

  I have been banking with Chase for many years, both here and in AZ. The Belden branch has been so thoughtful, and helpful to me. I never feel like I am a problem, and they are so nice. Especially AMY....at the window, or inside! THANKS CHASE, for your professionalism! Nancy G.

  The staff treat you like a valued customer and not just an account. The staff is always so helpful. I pass other other locations to go to this branch.

  Tried to deposit s $20 bill into my wife's account and they would not accept it and made me drive home and get a check from another bank. I call it lame if a bank can't accept a $20 bill from an account holder's husband!

  I drove 100 miles to get my money out of this piece of bank because of the "2am" closing time. Thanks chase! You've ruined my cross country trip
