  From the time I started the process of buying house there have been few people who are involved directly or indirectly to it. First of all I would like to thank my agent Angie who referred me to you. We are now friends more than buyer and agent. Secondly my banker or financial manager Mr. Brian with signature Mortgage is an awesome guy. I am greatly thankful to him. He helped me a lot throughout this process. As a first time buyer I did have so many questions abt financial process but I get quick and clear answers from him. Everything was online or through the phone and email or messages but I felt like we meet several times and we had been friends for so long. He is such a great person who always be there to help when you need. So please if anyone is thinking of buying house and need financial advice or help with the process of banking process I would say go with Signature Mortgage and have your banking manager Mr. Brian Winkler. You will not regret that you choose them as your financial partner. Finally, thank you Brian and Signature Mortgage for being part of my entire house purchase process.   Working with signature Mortgage were the best thing that happen to us. They are very professional, friendly and have passion for what they are doing. I start my process at the end of January 2019 and yesterday was my closing. They was there for us every time we call them. Works with us, in different ways until make our dream come true. We are very great UK specially cause Jenny Torres and Carlos are Bilingual which i Were a bless cause they took the time to go over with us in our first language.. Which mean a lot to me. During the process they never left us alone.. I almost spoke with Jenny every day. Also after the closing date she took the time to check on us. This is how you do customer service.. Signature Mortgage have A+ to us. We were dealing with other companies but none of them make me feel that feeling like treat you like family as they do. Theres no words enough to say thank you.

  Let’s just say if i could give 10 stars i would twice! Signature Mortage is absolutely amazing. I originally purchased my home through quicken loans. With the recent drop in interest rates i wanted to do a cash out refinance. So i contacted quicken loans and started the process. I was seeking a $20,000 cash out refinance, after 2 months of back and forth and a appraisal that was less than when i bought the house. (I completely remodeled the home after i bought it) Quicken came back and told me they could give me half of what i was asking for cash out refinance $10,000 and my mortgage payment would be $142 more than what i was currently paying and they wanted $11,000 in closing fees!!!! I had enough so i told quicken loans to fly a kite. That is when family friend who is a realtor told me about signature Mortage. Mike contacted me that same night and the next morning he had sent me over my interest rates and full numbers break down of what i was looking at. Within 2 weeks of Mike and I first conversation, the appraisal was done, interest rate was locked and the loan was in underwriting! That is when i started working with Raven to finish the rest of the loan. Working with Raven and Mike was an absolute amazing experience. No sitting on hold, no waiting days for an emails response like i did with quicken. If i had any questions Raven and Mike would get back to me within hours if not less. When they needed something done to get the loan done as fast as possible they reached out to me to make the process as fast and easy as possible. Today i closed on my loan, 4 weeks from start to finish during a national crisis!!! No only did they get the loan done fast, they where able to lock me into a lower interest rate, get me the full amount i was asking for on the cash out refinance , and the closing costs was 3x less than what quicken loans was trying to charge me! Signature Mortage was able to get me all $20,000 cash out i was asking and it increased my monthly Mortage $23 a month!! Quicken would have been $278 more a month if they were able to get me that amount back!!! If you are looking to buy, refinance or anything home related then i highly highly recommend you contact Signature Mortage!! Thank you Mike, Raven and everyone at Signature Mortage for such a great customs service and experience!

  Steve took great care in answering all of my questions throughout the buying process (and I had a lot of questions). He was always quick to answer or respond whenever I reached out to him. We were on a tight closing schedule and his team was always several steps ahead to make sure that everything went as planned.
