      The worst experience ever. I purchased a home 3 months, and this company has done a horrible job with the entire process. I have received a water shutoff bill for close too $400; this company's lack of process and professionalism has left this important task behind. How can a tile company completely forget to process the water escrow payment for over 3 months. This task should have been executed before closing on the house. I have not received any answers or sense of urgency from anyone at this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have trying to great experience. If YOU do not have time to HOLD YOUR TITLE COMPANY HAND to do their own job; you should not use this company. still waiting on a response from this establishment. Save yourself the stress, money, and energy.

      Title Connect will not correct a mistake on the title work resulting in fines for me. I have called numerous times and Walter Q will only send passive aggressive emails, no one else will return a call either. I have used them many times in the past & as an investor there are many professional options to this joke of a business.

      Has to be the WORST title company. Working with this company was a nightmare. Informed buyer the day of closing at the title wasn't clear. Took over a month to prepare title. Will return 1 out of your 8 phone calls/ emails. Had to go to the office in person to find out status of title. Customer service is horrible. These people will talk down to you and have an attitude. They treated buyer as if it was their fault that Title Connect didn't do their job in making sure that the seller's title was clear. Do not work with this company!
