  I opened my account with Community Choice today, and Kim made the experience so seamless and pleasant. Aside from getting my checking account opened, she was able to quickly calculate for me how much she could save me by refinancing my auto, and cut time off the term too! Kim gave me a no pressure experience, and all the info I needed to make the decisions that will benefit my finances. I am so pleased with Community Choice!

  I have had this account for 8 years now and have not had a bad experience with any of the buildings. I have had especially good experiences with the community choice on Northwestern Highway. They were able to provide Notery services during covid so I could get married and they were very positive about everything I’ve been in for. I would definitely recommend them to someone!

  Used the Chat to ask a quick question about the get big reward program and my status being one service away from Emerald Level. I chatted with Taylor who quickly scanned my account and confirmed that using my Visa debit card 15 times each month would concrete my emerald status each month tripling my cash back yearly. Taylor answered all my questions quickly and the wait was less than 30 seconds to chat with an agent. I have been a member of CCCU for 21 years and even though I live out of state I have stayed with them for their great rates, community involvement, and they make it so damn easy to stay with them even without a physical branch near me!!! Kudos

  OMG! Recent car purchase led me to CCCU. What a pleasure. A human actually answers! Today, I threw 50 questions at Victoria W. at Farm. Hills. I can't tell you how amazing she is!!! So well informed, professional, polite AND patient. That's on top of cheerful. I will be moving more banking to CCCU.

  The level of service is phenomenal and unmatchable. I was in a tight, unexpected bind and needed quick help. Keri, from the lending department, is absolutely amazing and so kind! I highly recommend this credit union.

  I have a truck loan with Community Choice Credit Union because the dealership that I worked with on the truck had financing set up with Community Choice. I cannot stress enough how difficult it is to maintain a loan with this bank. The website has been unavailable for making payments for several months. When you call in to make payments, it is often a 10-15 minute call to get it done including hold time and transfers, and then they will try to charge you a "convenience fee" for the pleasure of accepting your payment. The only reason I'm calling in is because your website is worthless. My advice is to find another financial institution to finance your loan.

  This is a FANTASTIC credit union!!! They treat you like family at this place As a financial institution they have lots of products to offer their members to help you establish and grow your finances. Cherrese and Angela are always helpful and are great representatives for the credit union movement. Kelly is great and this location in particular has to be experienced to be believed. Keep up the great job Co Cho!!! A+
