Horrible customer service. I was told by the salesperson I could change my payments to monthly if I called. I was told by Karen today that I can pay monthly, but I would still need to keep up with my bi-weekly payments. I said so you're telling me I would be paying almost $800 a month for a car. Girl bye!! This is a 2007 Honda CR-V not a Mercedes. That defeats the purpose. I told her I live over an hour away from the So Cal dealer and that would be 2 trips a month. She said I could always give them a card to use for automatic payments. Yeah right. I've read the reviews!! I asked for a manager who conveniently was on another line but "Natasha" would call me back as soon as she could. I won't hold my breath.

They've been bullying my elderly father. They turned his vehicle off and repossessed it for something involving the insurances and repair shop. I will indefinitely file a report with the BBB just to do what they've done to my father. They're lucky COVID-19 is going on otherwise I'd hire an attorney for my father. If they keep bullying him once we file a report with the BBB I'll keep taking it up a notch until they learn not to bullying a 63 year old man. Don't purchase a car from Luckys Auto Credit. Can their rating get any lower? They lucky they don't work with customers directly for sales because they would've went out of business. Keep their heads low in a hole in the wall, consistency is key. Maybe in another 20× years they be able to compete with Strong or Tim Dahle. A bunch of nobody in life surviving off the skills of others.

I have had a mixed experience with Titanium, but over all it has been good. Brass tax if you're buying a car here it's probably because no one else will finance you and your aren't in the position to buy outright. The good you get a car with a warranty The bad: you're making high payments and the interest rate is insane. I would recommend buying from these guys if you don't have any other options, but you should work too raise your credit score and refinance as soon as it is possible through another institution, or pay off the principal ASAP. They do retain the right to turn off your vehicle if you don't pay on time, I never had this issue because I made my payments on time. End of the day these guys are a second chance for people who have made a mess of their credit, but need a car.

HORRIBLE customer service! Some lady named “Becky Jenny” was VERY RUDE! I have never been treated so bad by someone in customer service. All I was trying to do was change my insurance company’s and let them know of the change and she acted like I did something wrong and hung up on me twice after having a horrid attitude with me. I would NEVER recommend this company solely due to this lady. She is a horrible representation for there company and would probably be in best interest to rid of her.

I would give this place less if possible. I am very disappointed in the staff, the demeanor and tone they have, as well as how they handled the situation. I am in quarantine, can not work, I called them to let them know that I couldn’t make the payment but I will make a double payment on the 31st. I emailed them the form from my doctors office as they instructed. Heard nothing. So I called back only to be told it had to come from my boss, not me. So I call my boss to have them email it to the documents email. Still didn’t hear anything from them. So today, the payment came out of my account, my lights will be shut off because that money was for my power bill. I called to find out why it came out, because I had done everything that they asked of me, only to be told that the email was never received, they can’t refund it, and turns out they wouldn’t have accepted the letter from my DOCTORS office stating that I am currently in quarantine. Even though I was initially told that it was the appropriate form to turn in. I truly wish I never got a loan through Titanium Funds. Worst company to deal with, and bad employees that do nothing but give you the run around.

I wish I could say positive things about Titanium Funds right now, however the way they’ve been treating my husband is ridiculous. He hasn’t been late or missed a single payment in the last year since purchasing his truck, but now that he asks one time for some leeway while transitioning to a new job (would only affect one payment) - he’s met with an attitude and threatened with having his vehicle shut off. I don’t recommend keeping your vehicle loan here and we won’t be purchasing again in the future. Clearly they don’t care about loyal customers who routinely pay on time under normal circumstances.

      Response from the owner

Ashley, thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your most recent experience wasn't enjoyable, and we want to change that. We will use this information to further train our representatives and improve our customer service. If you have further feedback to leave, please email us at [email protected]. Thank you, Ashley, we appreciate you!

Don't ever consider going through Lucky's unless you're EXTREMELY desperate. They'll charge you an outrageous amount and still treat their customers horribly. Laura is extremely unprofessional. I purchased a 1-year insurance policy and was sure to send the policy documents right away. Somehow 6 months later they all of a sudden didn't have them and requested for an additional copy of the policy. Instead of apologizing and asking for me to resend the documents, Laura threatened me with fees and said "is it that hard to send documents?" As if it wasn't their fault to begin with. Again, don't go here unless you want to pay a lot of money to people who don't do their jobs!

I expected a certain level of shady based on where I was buying my car. I was ok with that because I needed one so quickly. This company has changed the definition of shady business! I got the car in February. I was working 60 to 70 hours a week as a manager for a pizza company. I often had to cover drivers shifts so I needed a car. They would start calling the day my payment was due and harass me until the payment was in. When I bought the car I set it up so my payment was due the day after I got paid because I usually worked on paydays and I was too busy to get away as a manager. They never waited until the day after to start calling and harassing me. At one point my paycheck got held up because the company I work for was changing Banks. I called them and they said they could help me all I needed to do was email them a copy of my non paycheck and a letter from my boss. I was actually delivering pizzas that evening and then as the manager had to close the store down so I emailed it as quickly as I could during a delivery. I did not know it was the wrong email address. They did not call again and ask where the email was although they knew I was going to send it. Instead they shut off my car so when I got off of work that night which was actually early the next morning I had no way to get home. I am a disabled veteran and a female and I was stuck downtown in Salt Lake on 4th South with no ride and had to sleep in my car until somebody got to work the next morning. A few months after that I voluntarily repossessed the car because I have cancer and was missing a lot of work and was struggling to make ends meet. Once they picked up the car they called me up to six times a day to see if I could catch up the payment and take the car back. I finally was able to get a new job and within the first month these guys were garnishing my paycheck for the full amount of the car. I am guessing once they are done siphoning me they will give the car back since they are taking the full amount. I am not sure but I do have prepaid legal services through my new job and we'll be dealing with them that way. If anyone ever asked me if they should buy a car at Lucky's I would tell them no way! Stay clear of titanium funds and the 2 go hand in hand!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM LUCKY'S Auto and finance with this company they are snakes. They will take extra payments form you, they will not explain anything to you and will make you end up paying more than the original outrageous loan on horrible cars. They have horrible customer service and straight up lie about issues you are having just to make more money. HORRIBLE COMPANY- I reported to the BBB and they never even took the time to address the issues there. We paid off two cars with them- I did not have my car repoed or taken and I still felt financing with them was one of the worst choices I have ever made.

      Response from the owner

Shelby, thank you for your review. We're sorry that you did not have an enjoyable experience with us, and we want to fix that. To be clear though, our cars go through a 40-point inspection before being put on the lot, and the prices reflect their values. Plus, all vehicles come with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty! If you are still having issues with the vehicle or your insurance, please contact a manager today at 801-924-2777. Thanks, Shelby!

Horrible service! They try and retract on agreements and use continuous threats if they don't get a response on their demand. They refuse to answer emails or give information to speak to supervisors. They are confrontational and demeaning to their customers and feel threats and bullying are the best techniques to make you feel as you have no choice to cower to their demands. To change pay schedule due to a new job and pay roll, you have to make a double payment before you even get your first check or your car is turned off. Worst treatment I have ever received.
