  Friendly. But bring a lunch with you because you’ll be here a while! Quicker to drive to another location than wait forever at this one. Teller claimed she was the only one there. If that was the case, not a smart thing to publicize. Also unsafe, when I withdraw over $1000, especially at the drive-thru, all the money should be in a envelope, not just loose for everyone to see!! Pointless to have a branch you can’t sufficiently staff! Should only be one star, but giving two for the poor teller who was just trying make the best of what her uppers left her with.

  Came to do a car loan and at the end she told us to wait for it to get approved while she started helping someone else. She comes back to us 5 minutes later and said it was approved but now you have to wait for the next representative to be available to sign paper work. This is a very busy branch and we had to wait an additional 25 minutes to get helped by a different loan officer. Your priority should be on the person you are helping. Very disappointing.

  Come here if you'd like to stand in line for an hour They always hire new people and train them all day, takes forever to do a simple task

  If you use the drive though, make sure not to have any plans that day, because you will be there all day….. this place is ridiculous

  Worst bank ever !!!! the Atm took my money 💴 went to see what happened they said because the machine never give a receipt they can’t do anything !! I told them to check the cameras, but with out the receipt they can’t help me!! $390 dls. is not fair. Does this ever happen to someone that can help me ,, don’t go to this bank ...... on 3450 s state st

  Always busy ! Ever time I go i Always see understaff and totally unorganized Management they just don’t value customers time !! Gotta wait all day long. There was more then 10 people waiting in line but they only have 2 teller open where as 5 other employers are just wonder around ..

  I was told by the manager Anna- after America first credit union forgot to send a “pin” by physical mail to my house so I could access online bill pay - that if I didn’t pay the late fee of 30$ they might “repossess my car”. I’ve never missed a car payment in 10 years and was threatened by her after THEY made a silly error. The fact that I can’t pay a bill online without waiting on a “pin” to get sent to my house is insanity. Worst company I have ever dealt with for an auto loan- BY FAR

  The drive thru at this location is completely understaffed and there is no reason to have two stalls per lane.

  Had to write a review after having a few things taken care of recently. Tom, who works at this location— went above and beyond not only in his knowledge, but his friendliness. This is exactly what I expect when I come to America first and he exceeded it!
