  We went here to get a registration loan at 6:30 pm and the big girl who was there helping someone out said she couldn’t help us because of the time. I’m confused to why if we made it in before 7:00 pm. She said the other people left which even if we started it wouldn’t be able to be finished cause they people who approve it left already. We called 3 times before we came to make sure and she did not answer. Again why is there phones if she ain’t gonna answer. Just seemed like she was trying to leave right at 7 pm in ny eyes, she should it locked the door if she didn’t want any more customers coming in.

  After having big problems with trying to get a loan, do to bank issues etc ,Nancy was able to walk me through the craziness of my circumstances and get me approved during a very much needed time. Nancy was extremely helpful and patient with me and I know I am not an easy person to deal with. Kudos to this location as well as after all the run around it was here that got it all straightened out and done.
