  They have done away with live tellers in the drive through. The machines don't give you credit for deposit even cash at the time of the deposit. Not always working. Tried again same problem maybe need to look for a new finical institution

  Customer service is highly lacking at this branch. It takes forever for anyone to help; it is worse than a BANK. What has happened to TFCU?

  Need something from them? Make several phone calls, wait on hold for half an hour each time, wait 10 business days. You can't do anything by email or fax. It all has to be done through mail. Basically expect at least a month worth of hassles. If they make a mistake or it takes longer than they said... Just wait longer. They need something from you? You have a strict deadline and if it isn't met they'll close your account and take you to collections.

  Very poor service. I walked in and wasn't even greeted yet their were several people behind the desk just sitting there. I asked what I needed to do and they directed me to their phone booths. Then I was told by the lady on the other end that my husband would have to authorize the use of his card, so I went back out and had him go in and they gave him his card back but did not help him any further. So he came back out to the car to ask what he needed to do and since at that point it was closing time they closed..... Very unhelpful and unprofessional in my opinion. I do not wish to come back to this location.

  Teller system is fine and you get the job done. As far as the staff inside the lobby, it depends on who you speak to. A couple are pretty condescending and simply do not listen. Others have been good. A couple of the other branches have been much nicer to work with on dealing with legal details on accounts.

  Banking through TFCU used to be so convenient but idk what's happening to the customer service because its awful now and the new app sucks.

  My husband and I had multiple accounts at this branch while living in Norman. Upon moving out of state we canceled our accounts as it was no longer convenient for us to use an Oklahoma credit union. We canceled our accounts back in June 2020, and as of 09/04/2020 we are still waiting on a check for our accounts remaining balance. We have called several times and received a completely different story each time, as well as, had each teller inform us that the previous teller hadn't entered any information regarding the prior conversations. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by my experience with Tinker Federal Credit Union and there lack of assistance and execution in releasing our money. I will be looking into further action with the National Credit Union Association to assist us in retrieving our money.

  I am a first time car buyer and since I have had my car since 12-25-2020 it has been a terrible experience buying my first car, I'm currently lookin into a lemon lawyer because I still have not received my title from Nissan Orr east and im still paying on this car a car that broke down less then 10k miles into me owning it, with a hole in a cylinder not only am I taking care of all of this with nothing But bugging loan calls about why I'm not taking care of it, and I'm STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON THE CAR. so I'm talking to a lemon lawyer that can help me fight my bank loan AND dealership. i Will not do business with tinker federal anymore.

  Would not bank with them only because they cheat customers of their customers. 4 dollars to cash a check against their own account that i cannot cash at any other bank is ridiculous. Would suggest chase over them simply because their fee is one dollar less.
