  Worst bank to deal with. Was in a line for 10 min, got to the front, they decided it was closed so had to move to another lane, still waiting to be helped, it’s been 6 minutes so far. Goooo credit union

  Drive thru today is very slow, I have waited 20 minutes already and 4 lanes are open.

  They won’t cash checks for people that aren’t part of their credit union, even if the check was written by one of their members. I went to cash a check at the branch so I didn’t risk a NSF fee from what one of their members wrote me a check for. I waited in line a ridiculously long time to tell me I had to go to a different branch of theirs that was now closed.

  I see six people in the drive thru window 4 Lanes closed and only two women working 🙄

  Either they put money in the wrong accounts or they can't hear. It's 4 cars, all lanes open one teller has these four cars writing down their needs because she can't hear.. 10 minutes later all lanes are full. Either get her off the line or get her some hearing aids there is no way this line is going to move. I get it this must be the training facility

  Make sure you have at least 30 minutes to spare. Slowest bank I've ever dealt with. I've had to just get out of the drive thru line multiple times because I don't have enough time to wait. (People have other stuff to do. Get it together, TFCU.)

  Bring a book with you, because the wait times for the drive thru at this location are horrendous. I'm not saying they're ridiculously slow, but you can probably time them with a calendar.

  They repo’d my ex wife’s vehicle because they wouldn’t let her pay the payment over the phone even though I gave permission for her to do so. I was deployed and they said screw her and came and left her and my kid with no vehicle. Never do business with these low life’s. They are the definition of a Nancy Pelosi ran company.

  I opened an account because my daughter banks there. I wanted to get a loan aganist my house. Just paid it off. Needs some repairs. Worth about 72000.00. Wanted to Bower 20000.00 they wouldn't be able to .credit wasn't good enough.
