  First off from the start it was a very pleasant venture. She greeted us with a great smiling hello and welcome. Once we started she asked us question in why we where applying for the refinancing. She took a great interest in allowing us to explain our reasons and then started explaining the process. Communications between the company and us was very good which was very reinsuring.
