  Drew and his team did an awesome job with my recent refinance. They kept me updated on the progress of my loan, and almost everything was handled simply by email and e-signatures. What I appreciated most, was that they took the time to explain every step of the process, as well as what my loan options were. People who dont work in the home loan industry don't always understand how the system works, terms, rates, fees, etc... Drew spent time answering all my questions and helped me see what my options were and where my money was going. That helped me make decisions and gave me a good feeling about the end result.   Drew was incredible. Very helpful and eager to answer any questions. He even gave me a crash course on credit and what to do and not to do to increase my credit score and properly use credit cards. He is very knowledgeable and explains things so you can easily understand. Seemed to be genuinely excited for us with our first home purchase.
