  I have used A2Z Home Inspections for 3 pre home purchase inspections. Val is very professional and thorough. He goes over everything with you and explains to you whatever situation that comes up.   The owner of A2Z Inspection, Valentin, is a very thorough inspector. He provided me with an extension report of the house I was purchasing, pointing out any areas of concerns. His report also comes with picture of the highlighted issues. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain any questions that I had. As someone who purchases properties as investments, his inspection is one of the better ones I’ve seen. I highly recommend his service, which comes with a free sewer scope. That is typically an additional cost!

  As a realtor, I highly recommend A2Z PRO for my home inspections. Their prices are very competitive and the online scheduling is extremely easy to use, not to mention the option to reschedule or cancel scheduled inspections all online without incurring any charges.   We just had a pre-purchase home inspection done by this company. The inspection was very thorough and the report was comprehensive and well detailed. With this report we will be able to address some significant issues before we close on the house. The fees were very reasonable and we will have saved many multiples of the fees as a direct result of the diligence shown in the report we received.   After careful consideration (interviewing Three Home Inspectors), I chose A2Z Pro Home and was very pleased with his service Oct 2020. He did a thorough Inspection on a Home that was only 11 Years Old. Some may think that is too New and that it doesn't need an Inspection - that would be a costly mistake. He pointed out that, although currently working, the Heating & Cooling was at the end of it's normal life span (this was confirmed by a separate HVAC Company inspection - New 5 Ton A/C & Furnace $12,800), found drains that were draining slowly, loose faucet handles, diverter valves that were leaking and need replacing, noted some Tile Roof Issues that require further Inspection, one gas stove burner would not light, and his Service Includes a Free Sewer Scope (I called a plumber to price this before choosing an Inspector and was quoted $200). He is a soft spoken, kind gentleman. I would definitely use him again and/or will in the future.
