  Tina is top notch! I can’t imagine a better experience from a loan officer. She is extremely responsive and great at explaining details of the complicated loan process in a disarming way. She provides lots of supporting material and even includes recorded videos to break down everything included in her loans. She was able to help us close in less than three weeks and we wouldn’t have had our offer accepted without the strength of her team.   Tina was always on top of things from the very first initial consultation. She offered a ton of valuable information, such as the scenario comparisons where she played with the purchase price and interest rate. She made sure to call the listing agents when I placed offers. Whenever something came, it was usually her who called me first. After an unexpected setback, she proposed to restructure my loan and explained how that would work. Apart from her unquestionable experience, she is very amiable and pleasant to work with. I'd definitely recommend her over and over.

  Tina was an invaluable help getting our mortgage. Great information and made it easy to understand. At the end of the deal, things all went smoothly and everything was just as she explained. I later went to refinance directly through the bank and did not use Tina so I could save money and I totally regretted it! They were slow, unresponsive, things never quite added up right and it ended up costing me more due to hidden fees. I will never make that mistake again, Tina and her team is the A team and who I will use for all my mortgage needs in the future!
