  Selling a home can be stressful. Trying to sell while purchasing a home can turn into a nightmare, but Amy and her amazing team took such good care of us. They understood that this process was new for us and we were crunched for time being that my husband was deploying soon. They made sure the process ran smoothly, kept us well informed of any and everything happening and always kept our needs first! It's one thing to be treated nicely, and it's a whole different thing to be treated like family. Amazing staff and I would definitely make sure to tell any and everyone I run in to that needs assistance about them. Thank you so much Amy.... you are the best!

  Loved working with sharon caples at axia home loans. She kept me updated and helped guide me through the whole process. We started out with a va specific lender, but was referred to axia and sharon by a friend when the other place couldnt do what we wanted or needed. So glad we were as she made the whole process seem so much easier then i had anticipated. Would recommend her to anyone buying in her area.

  Rich Hall and team were amazing. What a seamless experience. No question was too big or small or dumb. RIch answered every single one of my questions with patience and kindness.   Don from Axia helped me considerably with the mortgage to buy my downsizing home. My husband was the one who always handled these matters, so I had very little experience in the process. Don helped me with all of the smallest details. If I had a question or problem no matter how small it was, he helped solve it. Whether you would call or text, an answer was received in a very short time. It was an experience which I was not sure of turned into a delightful experience because of him. Thanks from the bottom of my heart Don. Shortly I will be in my new home.

  Getting our home loan from Tony Cittadini of Axia Home Loans was amazingly pleasant and trouble free. Tony was easy to work with and very accommodating. My wife and I work full time and preferred to meet with Tony in person. He was willing to meet with us at his office at 6:00 PM after we got off work. At our meeting Tony explained all our loan options as well as the advantages as disadvantages of each. He explained the process and answered all our questions completely. The loan application process was easy. We filled out their application online through their iPhone app. The application was amazingly brief. I thought there’d be a longer application latter but learned they only ask for information that’s really needed. We received email or app notifications as Tony needed more information or documentation and provided them online. We opted to pay additional to get a lower interest rate. Tony was genuinely concerned we make the correct decision. He discussed with us the advantages and disadvantages. He provided personalized charts with several scenarios so we could make an educated decision. He never pressured us to go either direction. We went with a VA loan which we’re told can be a very long process causing delays. With Tony’s help there was no delays at all and the closing happened on schedule. During the process Tony kept us updated on progress by phone and email. Scheduling the signing of the closing documents with the Escrow company was difficult because of our working hours. Tony helped arrange the signing at his office with the Escrow company. As a result the signing went perfect. After the closing and funding of the loan Tony explained the process for making payments and to fell free to call him if there’s any questions or problems. We’re very pleased with the whole process. Tony and Axia home loans did a great job.

  Matthew Posey and his team were absolutely the best to work with! They got us approved and closed on our first home within three weeks! While he says we are the exception, and not the norm; I completely feel that it is HIM that is the exception! The entire team was professional and courteous through the entire process, and provided constant updates and communication concerning our file.   I just finished up a home refinance with Suzie Sparks at Axia, and I couldn't be happier. I shopped around a bit before a friend referred me to her, and the contrast between Suzie and the other folks I talked to at other places was huge and immediately obvious! No pressure - just clear, easy to understand information, always immediate responses to my questions, and a smooth, easy process. Suzie was able to close the refinance almost two weeks ahead of schedule - which is amazing, and the Axia system is super user-friendly! I got a good rate with the typical fees and no surprises - yay! I really can't recommend Suzie at Axia highly enough - shes' great!

  Rick Robertson, and everyone we came in contact with at Axia Home Loans, treated us with patience, enthusiasm and respect. We had many, many questions, and they were all answered, in detail, to help us understand this long, complicated process. We had a difficult situation to handle (I have only been in my current job for a little less than a year) and they went above and beyond to get us into a house with the best loan possible. We felt supported the whole way through. I would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family.
