  Tim did an amazing job with helping us purchase our first home. Being it was our first home, he made sure to go through all the different loan options to ensure we were able to make an educated decision on the type of loan we needed. Being that the market was extremely competitive, the turnaround time on offers were short. Tim was very responsive and made sure to have all proper documentation and mortgage simulations available to us at a moments notice. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone who is in the market for a loan/house. He’s honest and professional. It was a pleasure working with him and will certainly do business with Tim again.

  When no one else could help me Timothy came thru once again .I have worked with Tim on a number of occasions and he is a true professional. He takes the time to ensure that his clients understand the entire process of closing on a mortgage and is always willing to explain things until the client is comfortable. Patient, kind and understanding and this is why I choose Timothy again. This wasn’t my first time and won’t be my last time. Big plans for 2022

  When we met Tim we were frustrated, we had applied a few times with different people, kept gettin run around and given wrong information. Tim helped us understand the process from day one, he refused to give up, went above and beyond to make sure we got our first home. Today we signed our contract and closed on our home, this could not have happened without Tim and his team. They were patient, professionals and great people to work with.
