  I was having a tough time finding a good deal for a certified pre owned Subaru Outback 2020. We had gone to 4 or 5 dealers but no one was willing to budge on pricing or negotiate much. Jay and the folks at Stateline Subaru were very open with their discussions and pricing and we managed to work a deal out. Even the final steps of the deal were quick and they got the finance and RMV work done in a few hours. Would recommend you definitely give them a shot in your car search.

  We turned in our lease car early and entered into another lease for a Forester. This is our Third lease and our fourth Forester. We were able to view the different colors and the color my wife wanted in the limited was not on the lot unless we took the one with the upgraded sound system. We said no and they were able to get one from another dealership which we did. I got a call that the vehicle was in and we could pick it up. It so happened that it was pouring rain and had to walk over to the Jeep building to do the paperwork. We did the paperwork and added the protection plan for the seats and the outside of the car. Our salesman, Damian, then said the protection plan would be done when I bring the care in to pick up the registration. We could not inspect the car closely beachside it was pouring rain. We came home on Friday and parked the car in the garage. We took the car out on Sunday and we noticed several scratches on the tailgate. Called our salesman and they said they would take care of it when we go back for the registration. If the car was prepped and the protection plan was done they would have noticed the scratch. I have bought several cars in my life and we never took possession of the vehicle until everything was done.my feeling are someone dropped the ball and when we bring the car we have to wait for it to be serviced.

  We worked with Alex to get my 2017 Outback. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to help me decide between the Outback and the Forester. The whole staff that we worked with at Stateline Subaru was fantastic. They worked with us on price and made financing nice and easy. The selection of vehicles was also above and beyond. If you're looking for a Subaru CALL THEM!

  After having my Impreza totaled by a reckless driver on 195 I was happy to return to Damien to replace the car that allowed me to literally allowed me to walk away with a scratch. He worked above and beyond to quickly help me with a new lease. His understanding, empathy, and just plain personality made the repeat lease process expeditious and pleasurable. The experience helped me be less anxious getting back on the highway. Damien is a remarkable asset to Subaru.

  Worked with Alex during the purchase of a new Subaru Ascent. Great car. The whole experience of buying the car (which can be stressful) was made enjoyable because of Alex.   I came in to possibly upgrade my Crosstrek but I was really interested in the new Outback Wilderness. Inna Perez told me the color I wanted was already on its way but wasn't spoken for yet. She put together a deal for me very quickly and now its sitting in my driveway😁

  Chris was amazing. He fought for me to get the deal I was looking for. I spent a whole day at another dealer that ended up loosing me as a customer. I am so happy to have found Stateline Subaru. I did not feel pressured and I was able to get exactly what I asked for. I am now a Proud owner of a RAV4 and I cannot be more happy about it .   It was my third time working with Josh Archer. He and Joe DiBiasio at Stateline Subaru were true professionals to work with in the purchase of my new 2021 Outback. They went the extra mile to ensure I got the car I wanted, right down to the color, at a price point that I was comfortable with. I was upgrading from a 2010 Outback so there was a lot to learn about the car. Given the current conditions, Josh went the extra mile to make sure I knew how to take advantage of all of the safety features and the multimedia display with Apple CarPlay. I highly recommend Josh, Joe and Stateline Subaru for you new (or new to you) Subaru!
