  We have used Tim on two different occasions. The first time was to refinance our old house. Most recently Tim financed our new home we purchased in November 2020. We needed to settle in a very short window of time. Tim and his team made it happen. During the process, I had some questions and concerns and emailed them to Tim on a Sunday morning. Within minutes of hitting the send button, Tim was calling me to answer my questions personally and alleviating my concerns.

  As USAF Veteran of 22 years, and a 1st time buyer, I instinctively went with a lender that seemed "safe" and "understanding" of my needs as a Vet and using the VA-Backed Loan -- they even had the title "Veteran" a part of their business title. It was a no-brainer. During the setup of the purchase of a home, I asked my realtor why the closing costs were So High and she explained it was because my lender was charging me a 1% origination fee that I couldn't get out of. Lucky for us that sale dissolved and we had to start searching again. This is when Frances, my realtor, told me I should consider & speak with Tim Loss of CMG Financial to be our lender. I left the first conversation with Tim feeling like I wasn't talking to a slick salesperson that couldn't wait to get their hooks in me -- Tim told it to me straight. I appreciated it when he told me, "Just because companies put 'Veteran' in their title doesn't mean they're going to do Right by you." He told me what he could do for me and left me with a pressure-free decision to make. I took them up on their offer, and not to sound silly, but it was like getting the valet service that drives 2 passengers Thru the airport terminal -- smooth & care-free. When it came time to providing Home Insurance, I was pro-active and setup a policy with my Military-Exclusive bank/insurer that I've been with for Decades. After I submitted it to Tim's team, Jessica was kind enough to give me a call and to let me know that, once again, I was getting ripped off and guided me to a more fairly priced provider -- all I had to say was, "Let's go with this one Jessica" and it was done. The one thing that had me stressed out the most was how much my closing cost was going to be; Tim gave me a worst-case, rough estimate at the beginning and said he could beat that, don't worry. When it finally came down to it, Tim called me and broke the news that my closing cost would be Below $1K!!! So it was like at the end of my valet ride thru the airport, I get to the gate and Tim's like "I didn't get you 1st Class. I got you the Whole Plane!" This has been a Great experience and I strongly advise Anyone to work with Tim & CMG Financial.

  I was referred to Tim by my realtor and things moved really fast. He was there every step of the way. If there was any information I needed to provide for his team, he was quick to explain it and make it easy to understand. We closed on the date projected when we first spoke. The interest rate, fees, down payment and closing were less than what I expected. Overall, I am pleased with the service Tim and his team have provided and give the highest recommendation.

  Tim Loss is an amazing mortgage lender. He is ambitious and works hard to ensure the customer gets the best program that works for the client and their situation. As a realtor, I not only refer him to my clients I also used him myself for my loan. He is great to work with and is an awesome team member when working on a transaction. Tim gives back to his clients also by using the latest software that tracks the value of your home and keeps you up to date on the rates and value of homes.   Tim did our original mortgage and walked us through the entire process. He made what could be a very painful expeirence go fast, smooth, and went the extra mile to get us the best rate posiible. He did such a good job we used him for our refinancing as well. He locked us in at a great rate, saved us a bunch of money, and got the whole deal done in two weeks. I would recommend him to anyone.

  I can't say enough good things about Tim and the CMG Team. Tim was so easy to work with during the purchase of my home. I am now working with Tim to refinance my house and the rates are incredible.
