  Donna and Margaret went above and beyond to secure my loan for the purchase of my first home. I moved to Charleston, SC from out of town, so my availability to meet with them was limited. Donna even met with me from 7 PM to 9 PM one night after I spent a full day looking at houses with my realtor. Almost 8 months after purchasing my home (and after the loan had been transferred) I was getting the run around from the city and the bank on my tax rate. I called Margaret. Within 10 minutes she told me all the steps I need to take to solve the problem. That's serious customer service! You can tell they truly care about their clients and they made sure I fully understood the process and all my options.
