  It was my first time refinancing my mortgage. I did a lot of shopping around, but Timberline was persistent and was able to beat any offer I found on the market. The process was pretty straight forward and I did it all online. Overall I don't have any complaints, they were able to answer all of my questions and make the process easy.

  We've been using Scott for several years with purchasing two homes and a couple of refi's. He is so kind and easy to work with. He is on the ball and gets things done quickly and professionally.   There were some mistakes made on the PR and was not immediately caught by the mortgage officer. The lender wanted to lien on more than they needed. However, the mortgage officer was great to work with and worked to resolve the issue. I have given 5 stars due to the professional manner in which the issue was handled.

  I have been able to purchase two homes with timberline. My first home experience was great. We decided to move and found a home that needed to have the financing paid fast, Scott made it happen in a hurry. A few years later rates were more than a percent less and I was notified and was able to shorten the loan and keep payments close to the same. Very pleased with timberline.
