  Shanell was AMAZING to get the whole process going for me. She was quick and very informative. I always knew exactly where I stood and what to expect next with her! She kept me up to date throughout the entire thing. Nicole was also so great to get back with me with all answers to my many questions once the process reached her. And to finish it off Angel was fast and great to keep me updated on which step we were on and when to expect the next step. Thank you to the entire team with Sun American Mortgage! My first home buying experience was more than I could have ever dreamed! I went through a different mortgage company a few years back and left them half way through the process because it was dragged out and I was so confused by all of it and my experience with Sun American Mortgage was the complete opposite. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

  I was so impressed by the quickness of refinancing our house. I thought it would be hard and a slow process but it was the complete opposite. They are very professional and they know their stuff. Shanell was amazing to work with!! I highly recommend Sun America to everyone.

  We have had the very best experience with Sun American. Every person we talked to was friendly, helpful and kind. Buying a house is a super stressful thing, and it could not have been more smooth for us. Becky and team were great, super knowledgeable and on top of every step. We even closed a week early Thanks to all of thier hard work!

  I just bought my first home through Sun American Mortgage and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kenzie was so positive, knowledgeable, helpful, and I never felt pressured by her ever. I’ve never met someone so enjoyable to work with, especially in what could have been a very stressful situation. She helped me get the lowest interest rate, navigate my credit, happily answered all my first-time homebuyer questions, and worked hard to get me in my home as soon as possible. And all of this through COVID-19! I love this team and would recommend them to anyone!

  Oh my goodness. What a wonderful place to work with. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly; things moved so quickly. If you want people who really care, and not a million miles away, I highly recommend Sun American Mortgage in Richfield, Ut.
