  My guess is most these bad reviews revolve around customer service. Primarily in their License Department. Went there to do a simple cargo trailer registration. The woman insisted I needed a title from Oregon from where I purchased it. The thought of driving back to Oregon again seemed a bit much for what I was asking. I took out my phone and after 2 mins I researched I pressed her for the reason why and showed that it doesn’t require it on the DOL Website. I informed her that had I not looked it up myself I would be driving to Oregon right now. She offered no apology and begrudgingly did her job. Now…..it’s ok if she hates her job. As long as she doesn’t work with people. Timberland bank should be hiring experienced customer service reps.

  opened a new account here and deposited my paycheck on may 23rd it is now june 1st and guess what still no money in my account come on people it is 2022 and the internet has ben a thing for some time now and getting a check deposited shouldn’t take this long it takes less than 2 seconds for banks to communicate with each other to verify weather the funds are available or not

  The staff here are extremely rude and very unprofessional. Having personal conversations not related to the bank in any way loud enough for the whole waiting area to hear. Specifically the staff from May 6th between 2:10 pm and 3pm.

  This location. Other branches have been good. The worst customer service I have ever encountered from tellers for a bank or credit union. Not a smile, just the bare minimum verbage. I get the third degree whenever I deposited any checks even though I had the money to convert in my account. This has been pretty consistent over the last ten years. Occasionally someone will be pleasant but its few and far between. Finally closed my account after banking with this organization for 30 years.

  This is the worst bank we have ever been to. Elma, Wa is known for bad people with no manners but this bank takes the cake! Very rude & abrasive to its customers!
