      The owner "Wayne" is a good guy and a straight shooter. He has a crew of guys who have been with him for quite a while. I liked them all after only 20 minutes. I rented a property from him in 20 minutes. He is renovating it ahead of schedule to accommodate my needs! This is a guy who treats you right and I wish I'd met him years ago. Go to Wayne and tell him NuclearDave sent you!!!

      Wayne at Timber Ridge is definitely the guy to go to for property up here in the Paradise, Magalia, & Sterling City area. He knows the property values and is amazingly honest, both things you need in a real estate agent/ broker. He isn't just out to make a sale. That really impressed me. I highly recommend Timber Ridge and Wayne.

      I just went there to fax some paperwork. I didn't stay long. Place seemed clean. The owner was polite. He faxed my papers and I left. I hear from word of mouth it's a pretty good real estate company.

      The salesman Kent was arrogant and would not give me any information on a lot I was ready to purchase. I am a native CA, and used to live in NO CA. I now live in CO and looking for investment, or retirement property. Was he rude because he thinks I'm an out of staters??......or just rude and not knowledgeable? Don't use him as your agent!
