  Tim and I worked on several mortgages for both purchases and refinances and I can say without any doubt he is a wonderful person to work with. He worked in a way that minimize my time by re-use information to fill the forms as much as he could, and his quote is always competitive and accurate. He is very kind and always thinking in the borrower's shoes. My first refinancing with him did not work out due to issues on my side and he is very understanding, and I came back did my next one with him and is a success. After that I have done all my subsequent mortgages with him, and plan to do even more in the future. Tim will be the first one I will call.

  Tim is highly responsive - throughout our months long search for a home, he was always responsive and helpful. He worked diligently on our behalf to get us the lowest rate possible and we were able to close on time and with zero issues. He's fantastic - an absolute champion for you when you need one most, even if it means fighting on your behalf when most loan officers would probably not even lift a finger.

  My wife and I worked with Tim for both our initial home purchase and then our subsequent refinance a couple years later. He is a consummate professional and made the entire experience (which we all know can be exhausting) as pain-free and enjoyable as possible.   Someone just called me from this number, asked if I was looking to buy a house or looking for funding to buy a house. When I said no, they immediately hung up. I'd probably teach the sales reps a better tactic than hanging up. While I am not looking to buy a house, I might be interested in refinancing. Or, since I have a side business renting out houses, maybe I would be interested in hearing about your investment property loan options and terms. But, since he hung up on me (I think his name was Garret) he doesn't know that and Guaranteed Rate isn't going to get my business when I might be ready to pull a trigger on any of these needs. ***Tim called me on 4/1/2022 asking me to remove this review. He started fine, when I explained that I received a call from his phone number and that is why I left the review he got defensive, argumentative, and continued to talk over me. So while Tim may not have been the original caller, he didn’t do much to change my position. I would not, personally, do business with this office. You may use your own determination.
