I got regular updates and I appreciated the information in the personalized videos they provided. Anytime I had questions I was able to reach Tim or the right person on his team. *And* I got an amazing rate for my 30 year fixed loan. Excellent service.   Tim Kelly and his team have been impressive from the start. This has been my wife and I's first home-buying experience and we were referred to Tim and Highlands Residential Mortgage. They made the process clear, understandable and a lot less stress than I would have assumed after hearing horror stories from other friends who have bought homes. Tim and his team sent regular updates as well as informative videos detailing the steps in the process as we went through getting our loan and purchasing our home. Tim went an extra 7 miles by creating short videos specifically to my wife and I, answering questions we had emailed him and he was also always communicating his availability to us if we had questions or concerns. I couldn't imagine someone having a better experience and honestly, just read the emails and watch the videos and you will be well informed and then get the requested documents to them via their app or email and you will have a great experience too!

  Tim Kelly and his team were great to work with on the purchase of our new home! They were very through with the entire process and educated us at each step along the way.
