  It was a great experience for us applying for mortgage loan with the help of Sumeeth. He has wide range of experience and very knowledgeable with his line of work. I can't imagine how stressful and scary it is to get a mortgage loan but with his help everything looks easy because he's there to guide us all throughout the process. I couldn't thank him enough for helping us making our dream come true to finally get a house of our dream that is truly within our budget. I will surely recommend him to a friend.

  We had a two loan, multi-institution, complex transaction to free up benefits in an investment property, and then use those towards closing on our loan depot mortgage. The loan depot team was flawless in their execution from start to finish and delivered a positive outcome. This was our 5th mortgage so we are not novices at buying a house and hands down this was the best mortgage experience to date! We are now proud owners of our first new home, together.
