  Tiffany made the mortgage process straightforward. She responded to emails and was available via telephone when I had a question a couple of times. Everything was electronic: document uploads, document signing, etc. The couple of times I was confused about a task, Tiffany helped me to understand what I needed to do. It was great to receive an emailed notification of a task to do and then be able to do it online. I have a friend buying a house in another community in a different state who is struggling with that mortgage process. Seeing my friend's struggle, has made me appreciate Tiffany even more.
