  Todd did an excellent job helping us refinance our mortgage. We shaved years off of our mortgage, got a lower rate, and put cash back in our pocket. Todd made this an easy decision for us to do. Our former lender did not offer us as good a deal as Tidewater and were willing to match it, but we went with Tidewater because they got us the better offer first. Todd got back to any questions we had very quickly and always had an answer for us. Would do it again in a heart beat. The closing company they chose even came out the day of a blizzard to get it done!

  We worked with Tim Dixon at Tidewater Mortgage. Tim was phenomenal with his knowledge and his communication with my husband and I. He returned every phone call (and there were many made...daily). He was super helpful with all of the information that we received from him. We are first-time home-buyers and have been told that buying a home is super stressful, while I agree that it is, it is not near as stressful as others have described to us and I believe that is because Tim made it easy and made us feel confident during the whole process.
