  This is the third time I have worked with the team at Money Line Lending. We first worked together on the purchase of our residence. We completed a refinance a few years after, decreasing our interest rate and assuming that things could not possibly get better. Then, low and behold, we reached out a third time during the pandemic and got an impossibly low interest rate that saved us an incredible amount of money. Stephen and his team worked hard to get things completed on time, appropriately and, as always, made the process incredibly smooth. I appreciate that Stephen is all about his clients and their financial stability. He will flat out tell you if something is a good idea or not and will only do what he thinks will help you out. I trust everyone at Money Line Lending and I would recommend their services to anyone.

  Steve and Heather made refinancing a smooth easy process. The turn around time was very fast. They respond to email or calls immediately. If you want a quick process just make sure you get them the documents they need as fast as they get things back to you and things will be fast and smooth.

  MoneyLine Lending was amazing to work with! Everyone on the team was extremely prompt and courteous and provided detailed explanations of our options and the rates and programs available to us. We ended up getting a percentage point lower than going with the other refinance options that we were shopping. In addition to tremendous savings, the team worked around our schedule and made the entire process easy and efficient (secure document upload, immediate electronic communications, closing at location of our choice, etc.) from first contact to close.
