  Joe was fantastic from beginning to end. My refinance was a very very unique situation that requires a lot of additional research and on going communication from front to end. Joe helped plot the course over 6 months out from the time we were going to do the loan to make sure we would be fully prepared. Joe puts in 110% effort into everything. He gets ahead of all obstacles, and navigated some tricky circumstances on my refinance flawlessly. 11/10. Well done.
