  What a great experience it was working with Bob in refinancing my home. From the start to finish, he was very informative and extremely thorough. Any time I needed to speak with him via email or by phone, Bob always responded immediately. We hit a few snags along the way but Bob helped me work through these issues.   Recently we were involved in the purchase of a home and Bob Erven from BFF Lending Service Inc. was our representative. He is a very caring individual that took the time to walk us through each step of the way to make the process less complicated . This allowed us to focus on our other responsibilities On a rating of 1 to 5 and five being an excellent rating I will give Bob a 5+.
