  After being turned away for a home loan by more than 1 lender, a friend recommended I call Vince. That was THE BEST decision I made. Not only did he help me secure my first home loan, but working with him and his team made the experience almost effortless. Communication was excellent all the way through the process. He even answered my call while on vacation! I had no idea that's where he was when I called, but the fact is that he still answered and had his team follow up to get all my needs and questions taken care of. I can't recommended The Ramirez Team with Thrive Mortgage enough. Thank you again for everything!

  I worked with George Mendoza. He kept me up to date on the loan process and was always reachable. I did get a little frustrated with the underwriting process, which is always the most deficult part after getting the loan. But overall it was a GREAT experience.

  Vince and the team at City 1st made my first home buying experience very easy and pleasant. Vince was there every step of the way to keep me up to date on the progress.   Our first home purchase started off rough after 2 mortgage brokers told us it wasnt possible to get a loan with our situation during these tuff times. That was untill we were referred to Vincent. He was always a text or a call away during the entire process. Vincent is a pioneer at what he does and will get you to that closing date. Vincent will link you up to a very organized system portal that will make all the processing much easier. We would recommend Vincent to friends and family. Were lucky and grateful to have had Mr.Ramirez on our side guiding us through our big purchase.
