  We started our home search with a recommended realator, however we weren’t really able to connect with them and decided to do our own research. We are sure glad we did, we found Chris while searching online and decided to give him a call to talk with him. We didn’t have much expectations since our first realtor wasn’t a shinning star. We were absolutely blown away with Chis and his knowledge about the market and the area we were looking at. He immediately addressed our concerns and question and we knew we had a winner with Chris! The very next day after chatting with Chris he was already working with the home builders in the area to get some showing lined up, we were able to lock on our new home a few weeks later. If you are looking for a professional and down to earth realator, then look no further we truly found a winner with Chris! He worked with us on every part of the process and made sure we were being taken care of. I will be recommending Chris to everyone I know!

  We first met Chris Torrey when we decided to sell our home. We initially met with 3 agents and knew right away Chris was the one we wanted to work with. He seemed very knowledgeable and had a plan to help us sell and purchase a newer larger home for me and my family. Chris was patient with us, listened to and addressed any concerns and was very easy, professional & pleasant to work with. He sold our home for top dollar, and helped us with the purchase of our next home. We would definitely recommend working with Chris!

  My family and I were needing a realtor to help us find a house, as we were relocating from Colorado. Chris was just the person we needed! We found a house we loved through online searching, and Chris visited the house for us, as we weren't able to get to town for the weekend. With his guidance and professional outlook, we were able to put an offer on our lovely home without even seeing it. We trusted Chris's guidance enough to be able to do this. He was amazing throughout the whole process, and helped guide us through obstacles while buying a home from a different state. Thanks Chris!

  Chris, with Elite Realty Advisors, was amazing to work with. He made the home buying process enjoyable and stress-free. Chris first met with us in person, prior to hiring him, to answer any questions and concerns we had. After our first meeting, we hired him - his experience spoke for itself but what really sold us was his confidence in being able to get us the house we wanted, once we found it. Chris set up a portal for us, and modified the criteria as we gave feedback. He gave his opinions on houses we liked and gave insight to questions we had about neighborhoods and possible issues. When we went to look at our favorite houses, Chris set up a route that was efficient and the process was a breeze. Not to mention, we happened to fall in love with the first house he showed us (spoiler, it's OUR house now!). After looking at multiple houses, we told Chris that we couldn't get the first house off our mind. While we continued looking at the rest of the houses that day, Chris was on the phone with the selling agent of the first house, getting insight on other potential buyers, etc. It was a hot home, and there were a handful of other interested buyers. At that point, we decided to go for it. Chris moved fast, and was strategic in his communications. In less than 24 hours our offer was accepted!! It honestly seemed too good to be true. After the offer was accepted, Chris continued to manage and set up the necessary inspections and walk us through the process of making sure the house was exactly what we wanted. He worked hard to make sure the house and the property were in good condition - he didn't rush us into a purchase. I believe Chris truly cared about us, our happiness, and wanted to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Chris made our first home buying process extremely easy-going. He worked hard for us and I am very grateful for the work he put in. After closing, Chris still continues to check in and followup with any additional questions we've had. I would 100% recommend working with Chris and Elite Realty Advisors.

  We would give Chris Torrey an infinite star rating if that were an option! He saw the potential in our home, guided us through the process of preparing it to list, and then skillfully negotiated on our behalf for the best deal we could have gotten. We interviewed four agents, but chose Chris to represent us when we sold our house in San Marcos. We could not be happier with that decision. Chris gave us excellent recommendations for how to prepare our house for the market. Because we followed his advice, we were able to price our home on the upper end of the market. Chris began reaching out to other agents prior to our home being actively listed, and we ended up going under contract within three hours of being on the market! Chris was exceptional during the negotiation and closing phases. He truly represented our interests through what can be a stressful process. Chris made the process as easy for us as possibe. We knew we could rely on his expertise to negotiate and when to stand firm. We ended up selling our home for more than the other three agents we interviewed recommended we list our home for. We had to move out of state after we went under contract but before the closing. Chris went far beyond our expectations in our absence, as he managed some final touches. He kept in touch with us constantly and made us feel like we were his primary concern. We could not be happier with having put the sale of our home in Chris’ hands!

  Chris is an excellent resource for selling or purchasing the house you want. We have bought two homes through Chris and sold one. All three were smooth as can be. He will listen to your needs and do everything he can to satisfy. Chris is cool under pressure which suits him and his clients well during the negotiation process. Overall, he is a fun guy who genuinely cares about the work he does. His passion for meeting the needs of his customers is clearly evident in a few minutes of speaking with him. He delivers on commitments. If you are in need of a realtor or looking for someone better, Chris is the guy.

  We met Chris Torrey as we were interviewing agents to represent us in our home sale in Kyle Texas. We were impressed by his practical and non high pressure salesman tactics. He provided sales price information and facts. In the end we chose him and he did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our home. It sold and closed so fast we were amazed.   My family and I were relocating to the Buda/Kyle area from Arizona and Chris provided us with a great home buying experience!
