  I highly recommend Lee at Waterstone Mortgage. She had helped my in-laws with their mortgage needs several years ago and had advised us that they had a wonderful experience. It was easy to apply for a pre-qualification online and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast, friendly, and helpful Lee was throughout the process. She even helped find us our dream home by keeping an eye on the market. We had such a fast paced journey. With the help of Lee, we found our new home and submitted an offer on 5/21 with 30 days closing. Offer accepted on 5/22 by the seller. Real estate transactions like this is all about having the best team. Our local lender Lee at Waterstone is best! I don’t think it would have gone smoothly if we didn’t have a dream team like we did...I encourage everyone to take advantage of this real estate market and utilize the best local lender Waterstone Mortgage. Lee had gone above and beyond our expectations.

  I worked with Lee and the Waterstone group to purchase my new home, and they were AMAZING! Lee was available by phone and text 24/7 throughout the entire process, and would call to update me each step of the way. Lee said she always closes on time, and in fact - we closed 8 days early!! I highly recommend Lee and the Waterstone team for your next home purchase.

  Lee was very professional and up front from the very beginning with the process of purchasing our first new build home. Lee set the expectations from the beginning and made the process extremely smooth. A few days before closing, we had a small hiccup, but Lee and her entire team worked endlessly to resolve the manner quickly and efficiently right before closing. We were quoted an estimate for our closing cost and monthly mortgage. Lee and her team was able to get the quoted price knocked down way more than we expected. We would definitely recommend using Waterstone Mortgage for your home purchasing!

  Lee Warbinton was a star, on top of everything, making sure we were aware of every possibility to take advantage of that would make our home purchase easier and more affordable. From start to finish, she guided us through every step, ensuring we understood what was happening, what the timeline would be for everything, and any requirements we needed to meet to get our mortgage loan.   Lee and her team made our first loan/home buying experience just outstanding! I was able to ask whatever questions I had (and there were many!) and always received a prompt response.
