  A lady literally refused to close my cousins bank account today. The. Proceeded to yell “AHT AHT AHT stop talking” at her, while she was trying to ask why no one was answering the phones. Very rude staff, very rude the way they switch & act like it’s our job to start over from scratch. No thank you! Me & all my friends and family will be switching banks & I will always make sure to let people know how unprofessional NORTHWEST BANK is. I will also brag about how horrible they treat their members.

  My fiancé was belittled like no other today by an employee at this branch. Apparently a past employee of mutual bank, & now an employee of northwest. She proceeded to basically tell my fiancé to shut up by saying “AHT AHT AHT stop talking!” Like she was a child. Then she REFUSED to close our bank account after we were unsatisfied with the transition. We have banked with them for the last 2 years until today. I signed up with chase bank & they gave 200 for switching

  I’ve only been with them a few years but I’ve always had good service at Mutual. They saved me a ton of money on my auto loan and have been easy to work with on a mortgage, much easier than the bank I’d been with for 30 years!

  So i stopped by the Jackson St location that was supposed to have video tellers opened at 7 and waited 45 minutes to get no answer because apparently the employees there suck on showing up on time so I ended up being late to work as well thanks for nothing I plan on switching banks because northwest banks are a joke

  A teller named morgan at this bank is rude to customers and should be fired ,she is rude and hateful to me all the time I have a MB card and have been banking there for 30 years she would not accept my card and I had to report her I'm about ready to pull my money out and change banks she works on west jackson .terribly rude .
