  The first thing that struck me about Thomas is his calm and soothing nature. Thomas is also very professional, knowledgeable and clear in explaining details which helped me make the right decisions. Thomas has always been responsive with phone calls and messages which I appreciate. I would recommend him to my friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to go back for any future financing needs.   Thomas is the best! He explained everything to us(sometimes 2 & 3 times). And we had A LOT Of questions. It’s our first house-so we didn’t know anything. He was kind and considerate, understanding. Never left us hanging, never talked down to us and treated us with respect completely! He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and had so many great ideas for us when things didn’t quite fit into a nice neat box. I feel like he did more than his job. He was like a “House Theripist “ and we needed it. He helped us know where we needed to be to get the house and helped us all the way through! We can never thank you enough, Thomas!

  I did not close for personal reasons, but Thomas was extremely professional throughout the process that I felt the need to leave a review. In a relatively sharky industry I appreciated the transparency and his natural ability to educate. If I could give him 10 stars I would, and I will absolutely be going back to him when I am ready to go through with my purchase.

  I jumped on the refinance hype train and struck gold when I got in contact with Thomas. The whole process from start to finish was super easy and fast.   I had the great pleasure of working with Mr. Thomas Harris at Answer Home Loans. This was my second time refinancing with this company and they are exceptional! Thomas was able to answer all of the many questions I had for him. He was also incredibly easy to get ahold of whether phone or text and showed a genuine interest in what was best for me as a customer.
