  Michael is fantastic to work with. He is professional, fast, and honest. My whole life I have been told that buying a house is one of the most stressful events of your life.   When we first work with Michael Kane back in 2018 along with the realtor named Jeremy the transition was very smooth, from communication and paperwork. Michael is the type that follow up with your needs all the way through the process. My husband and I never get that pressure feelings buying our first home. When you have someone like Michael and Jeremy that has confidence in this field, you are in the right hands. Either you are first home buyer or refinancing. We refinanced our mortgage through him in 2021 and we are happy with the results. He is at front with you without wasting your time. He is very knowledgeable on his work, resourceful, and helpful.   Michael and crew are fantastic! He has helped my wife and I refinance our home, cashing out for renovations. Being self employed, our finances aren’t as easy to put on paper. To top it off, we were trying to use my VA home loan benefit. They did not miss a beat. Found us an extremely cheap interest rate with a lender who is easy to work with. He will be my first call when we decide to purchase our next property.

  We had a great experience working with Michael from Mortgage Garage. I'm typically not too thrilled when having to deal with this type of stuff but Michael was right on top of everything and made the whole process so easy and seamless there was nothing to stress over.   Michael was more than a business associate, in the end he was a friend. Michael helped with my mortgage loan and then helped me with a refi a year later, not only was Mike helpful, he listened to make this work around my schedule which was important since I just had a baby and was dealing with the Covid situation that we all were facing. Mike continued to check in just to see how I was after, he left me feeling that I was working with a friend rather than someone out to close a deal. I would recommend Mike for anyone looking to make a first time purchase or refi.
